Thank you for shopping with Qissa. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping policies. Please read carefully before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use reliable third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx to deliver our orders. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping method.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@qissaapparel.com.


DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Qissa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or postal service delays

  • Events outside our control

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Qissa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Qissa does not offer international shipping. We plan to expand shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned.
